Scenarios: 1. There are 5 ST's on and they all are waiting to be in a Regiment. What do you do? i ask them all together what regiments they wish to join then i would direct them to the regimental commanders also vouching for the ST's and saying if they stuff up put it on me. 2. As a Commander, what role do you take on the battlefield? I dispatch my medical troops to squads or groups to assist there assigned group 3. A Trooper in your Regiment is a constant problem bullying other troopers etc what do you do as Commander?: I'd give him 2 strikes then he is out of the regiment 4. What Makes a Good Commander?: i'm good at what i do i follow my higher ups and i'm serious at roleplay 5. How hard would you make your Tryouts? [Depending on your Regiment]: i'd as them 3 question them make them to faces/formations after all that i'd make them do a simulation with either my self or a willing volunteer tell them a issue and let them do the roleplay. Once they are finished the people who were watching give there opinions on how they did and then i decide if they got it.
